Ordered flowers online to be delivered the same day. Within ten minutes of my order, someone called to make sure it was ok if they substituted some of the flowers for ones they had available. Of course, I agreed. Within just a few hours, the bouquet was delivered and a picture of the bouquet was sent to me. What wonderful service!
